Went out and checked mine (I use the Nav rarely as it's not often I don't know where I'm going; couldn't resist speccing Pro Nav though
) and the TMC info is there immediately. So perhaps the OP does have an issue. Oh, as for the dealer telling you to listen to Classic FM, I've never listened to that in my life.
