The vorsteiner rear diffuser should bolt right in no problem. You shouldn't have any complications. Just swap the M-sport diffuser right out with the Vorsteiner one and your good to go. Those tires are great! I had them on a previous set of 20's. The ride is very comfortable and yes much better thant the stock runflats.
