+1 as I think your camera is wondering what the primary subject is for the lens to focus on. I get what you were trying to do with the greenery in the midfield as well as capture features of an interesting bridge in the background but unfotunately the car is lost in this photo. Whaddya think about making it the central image and use a 50mm f1.8 or f1.4 lens? Though the f1.4 is going to enhance your central subject and blur out your peripheral images. Experiment with a few different things. That's part of the enjoyment of photography.
