I switched out my stock 17" wheels for 19s and also went with non Run Flats. Overall, the ride didn't change much at all. Run Flats tend to ride a little rougher than non-Run Flats, which balances off going with tires with a lower aspect ratio.
With that said, be prepared that potholes will more easily damage wheels when you run the low profile tires.
