Creak noise, friction form seatbelt in B pillar - is this mormal?

ALl, Have posted about this before but before I mention this to a dealer, wondering if this is normal.
Where the seatbelt comes out of the B-pillar, there appears to be some friction whereby the seatbelt does not come out smoothly. It feels like it 'sticks' and when it releases, it makes a creaking noise which iw right next to you ear.
The belt moves alot if you are in traffic and also even as I'm breathing as my chest pulls the belt out ever so lightly and and goes back in again.
The passengers belt a;lso feels the same. The rear belts however do feel smooth.

Is this normal? Am I the only person with this issue.
the belt is obviously functioning correctly but ist just not smooth as it moves in an out, its subtle becuaseif you pull the belt out as if yo were putting it on, you wouldn't notice it.
