For USA and 2013 it definitely shows "Sports Suspension" on the build when you select M-Sport....so it really looks like they are in alignment with the ROW now. Model Year 2011-2012 USA did not have this.
Since you are outside of USA I think you can go with what the European posters are saying.
I ordered M-sport and just DDC and it is still showing the "Sports Suspension" as well as "Adaptive Drive" on my build......... I think what they show on MyBMW is incorrect since on the BMWNA build page it disables the "Sports Suspension" on either of those when you select them I bet I'll end up with a base suspension and DDC, which if I had know better in July would not have ordered.
