Nice car spec. I personally love the feeling of a brand-new car, built to my specifications, with seats that no-one else has farted in but I also understand the financial logic against it. However, if you can get a good deal then go for it.
I'd also suggest the visibility pack is essential - the adaptive xenon lights are amazing.
