I can hear more whistling/swoosh sound when the turbo kicks in and while on the throttle the intake noise is more pronounced versus stock, but not night and day difference. For $40 its worth a try. I'll go back to stock when summer returns since I'm worried about heat soak with open air filter in the engine bay.
