My dealer won't even offer to do it as a paid service. Basically, if ISIS says you do not need an upgrade, they won't do it. My car is still at ISTA 40.x., but I have an appointment for the 21st to hopefully have it brought up to ISTA 45.x., and that took a whole lot of convincing based on Bluetooth connectivity issues I've been having and the fact that my current ISTA version is holding back my Combox at version TX 2.6.4 / MX 2.5.21 from being updated to TX 3.5.4 / MX 3.5.4.
