I agree with bobbyd1961, I think they will pretty much hold the line on the price and considering Merc's move I wouldn't be surprised to see a little price reduction. That would certainly get the attention of buyers who are on the fence between the two cars.

Maybe, but i am simply sure that in EU market there will be same story as with new 7-er F01 that become almost 10 k EUR more expensive than E65.
