Dropped off my car at JMK this morning and the guy made a copy of the service invoice and attached it to the work order so hopefully everything will go smoothly.
Also got a 2011 335xi as a loaner which is nice.
I also had the rubbing noise on turns as well that was mentioned on the service invoice, anyone else have the same problem?

I'm getting a rubbing noise as well, but it's only when my car is in reverse and I sharply turn the wheel. I then noticed that there are 2 rubber flaps dangling next to each of the front tires. It appears something on my car ripped, so it's probably unrelated to your issue. My car is at the dealership right now getting the 'pulling to the right' issue "fixed." So I am having them fix the rubber flaps at the same time.
