There are people with equal or more relevant experience than me, but mine (with BMW and others) has been three failed attempts to fix and/or 30 days out of service in a 6 month period.
So you can leave your car with a dealer and demand a fix, and if they haven't repaired it in 21 or 30 days, you can pursue lemon law.
