So if I feel that the 528i lacks power for my wants, I need to get schooled on driving? The implication is that my driving skill is in need of education/correction.

If someone feels that the N20 lacks sufficient power for their tastes, then that's their opinion. I'm not offended either way, but I am put off when someone treats their own opinion as some sort of empirical truth.
