Service Advisors hate to try and sell rotations for some reason. I ahve been in the industry for more than 30 years and usually have to beat my SA's over the head to sell service work. Rotations are one of the easiest things to sell and opens up so many opportunities for upsales for additional sales. I know this is a dual edged sword; customer: I am getting ripped off! mechanic: I am getting this small job when I could be getting a better job!
