ok so i have added picturs. the part where is in red is the scratches which is the only part of the bumper that has a bit of damage on it. the rest is perfect everything else you see that you think is damage is actually dirt. we didn't have running water so i coulldnt clean the bumper when i took it off. its a brand new car 2012 model.
