I must say, Act 1 is easy and very fast loot, however, 70% of it is lvl 56-59. Act 2 just plain sucks for loot, it's slow because rare mobs are so spread out. Act 3 takes more time due to difficulty of rares, however, I've found some of the best gear there.
So I would rate A1>A3>A2.....A4 is too tedious and hard to get a x5 stack quickly, plus you will run up a HUGE repair bill.

Wish I could have made it, was stuck at work until 9 and didn't feel like playing at that time.
The night before I started farming Act I for stuff. Got a ton of rares too, mostly junk though, although there were some ilvl 60 or 61 items in there. Still nothing that seemed worth it though.
