Not on the 6MT cars. The area in front of the shifter is an ashtray. Verified in the owner's manual there is no physical keyslot on MT cars. And I'm not sure that slot does anything on AT cars. If the keyless start malfunctions you have to hold the key next to a marked area on the steering column and start the car within 10 seconds. The book implies it's the same for AT and MT.
