I've got a great guy that does it here in Dallas. He charges 500 for all 4 wheels. He'll have them done overnight and back to you the following day. The gunmetal look is also called black chrome. And to match that, consider electroplating the nameplate to black pearl. Amazing look. Black wheels and nameplate is overdone IMO. If you want a very cheap solution, try plastidip spray. dipyourcar.com
