It depends on whether or not you have Adaptive Drive and what option you select - 'Chassis only' alters roll bars, dampers, and steering response. 'Drivetrain only' alters throttle and shift response and restricts 8th gear. Personally, I have sport configured to chassis only and when I want the lot, I select sport+
