FYI mine was finalised and signed on 17/06/13, BUT the dealer already had a week 30 build slot reserved for me as I'd gone to order a pre LCI and (very luckily) missed the factory cut off between pre LCI and post buy a day or so.
So then we had to wait for all the spec and pricing to come out before we could hammer out the deal. So thank god the dealer held the build slot of me!
