BMW advertises ~400/450 for the n63 but the real numbers are 30-40 higher. Same reason - so as not to further poach the M version of the same vehicle.
Everything relies on boost. The Dinan tune gets the n63 up around 14psi, 2.5 or so over stock.

Actually, the Dinan tune is about 4-5 psi higher than stock ~9psi.
