Usually it is BMW in Germany that stands for the warranty if you are a company and bought it, i.e. no consumer rights.
I have imported new used cars and bikes from germany and they come with a 2 year warranty all over Europe.
In sweden they have this kit as well, but only for 520D sedan with manual gearbox.
They claim acceleration is improved 0-100km/h with 0.5s
Top speed is increased with 7km/h.
