So sad?
Really?
Every experience I had at the BMW dealership was more than pleasant, usually kinda fun. I had a great service advisor though, so that helped.
Not like the owners will be out of pocket anything, just have to make time to take it in and pick it up. Dealerships should give loaners and the technicians will most likely look over the car while they are doing their work to make sure everything is a-ok. Sounds like a win-win situation to me.
Now if this was the 10th or 11th recall since production started, that would indeed be sad...
