Hey guys. I am heading to dealerships this weekend and wanted opinions regarding what range I should be looking at in terms of monthly payments for a 10k miles / 36 month lease. I want to put $0 down.

I am a returning customer (Loyalty $1,000?). 6.25% Sales Tax. With Multiple Security Deposit (7 Total .00049 OFF BASE RATE I believe?). Flawless credit (800+). Navigation Credit ($1730?) BMW CAA Membership Reward Application ($1,000 rebate for 5 Series. Not sure if that is deducted or I get a check in mail for $1,000) No Drive Event bonus (Bummer!)

Anyone know the Invoice Price and Base Rate?
