I installed one to 2011 f10 535i. I had an aftermarket 4 pedal sets from ebay. The black rubber was too soft for that ebay set ( not BMW OEM and it was cheap, around $60. ) The issue is the rubber wear out so fast and it generate black residual to mess up carpet. See how black my carpet in the picture... ( if I can get it uploaded )
I took them all away. Get new BMW OEM rubber feet for clutch and brake pedal. Get an OEM M-Sport footrest. Part# 51477960700
The original footrest was glue/pinned on carpet. I decide to install on top of it. Since they are in the same size... it won't align to left edge ... also there is a slot on top for the under dash piece to insert to it.
So I use dremel cut the top and right side of the original around half inch... Then just use double side tape to stick it.... looks perfect...
