We recently swapped our daughter (16 mos) into a convertible car seat (the Britax Pavilion). That sucker is big. I had tried rear facing it in my E90 M3 both down the middle and behind the passenger but it was ridiculously/impossibly tight. We had to resort to front facing which we don't prefer at all. I heard the Recaros are slimmer and will fit a lot better.
I'm hoping the F10 can accommodate rear facing in the middle or behind the passenger or our daughter grows faster so we can front face. lol
