Hard to see the imperfections in the pictures, but they're there. Letting these go for $350.00 shipped for the better of the 2, and $250.00 shipped for the other. (or $500.00 shipped for both!)

The $250 version has the small 'nick' in the front edge of the lip, and does not include hardware. Unfortunately the hardware kit is not available from BMW separately, so you'll have to attach with your own screws/hardware.
