When looking for new wheels, I couldn't find much reports of members that went from 18" to 20" so here are mine, going from ROF 18" (245/45) to 20" (245/35, 275/30) :

- Front wheels feel much lighter for the same overall wheel weight. I don't feel the heavy weight of the front wheels when going over bumps or small pot holes anymore. And that's a huge improvement. For the first km / miles it felt so much softer that I disliked how the direction felt, it was a lot softer. But that feeling went away after few miles. That was mainly due to the new tires I guess.

- Going less than 90 km/h (60 MPH), the ride is much better in term of comfort.

- Over 110 km/h (70 MPH), the ride is less comfortable over long rides. You can feel the small deformations of the road and that's a bit annoying over time but I don't mind that much.

I have the same wheel with same tyres and I felt the steering is tight and a car performance is sluggish , since this wheels is 20” . Did u felt the quick response in steering after tyre change ? Can update ur pics cause I can’t see the link
