Hello all
Apologies if this was already discussed in any other threads.
I own a 2013 BMW 528XI and i cannot udpate the idrive software using the USB stick. I used the

1) USB drive with FAT 32 formating with no other media files.
2) Plugged in to the center console USB connector.
3) My VIN number provided me with software update when i checked the bmw official website.
4) Tried different USB sticks.

My friend has a similar vehicle and encounters the same issue.

Any suggestions/corrections appreciated
