The difference between the iPhone and the Blackberry (for SMS) is you only get the SMS sent while you are in the car, you will not get the SMS stored in your phone.

I only have one email account configured on my iphone (corporate Exhange Email account) so I don't know if there is a policy issue.. But I will be configuring a second one to fully try it.

Looks like we are on the right track!

I wish the conctact pricture would also be transfered like the Balckberry but so far this is a good improvement!
