Not sure about coolant age to be honest.
I have recently changed engine oil, only 1250 miles on it and I went with BMW SAE 5w-30.

I'm considering switching to 5w40 Liqui moly for next oil change.
Before switching to liqui moly 5w-40 was your temp also at 120C ?
