If you have EDC on your F10 like mine, don't go for coilover, H&R is the best there is. Still keep the EDC performance and lowering your ride, plus handling much better. I actually did a lot of research before settle with H&R springs. I check ACS and Ebiach but didn't like neither. I was gonna do KW coils but I will lose my EDC so I'll past on those, beside is about $3,200 compare to $330. So if you're gonna change your setting and lowering your car every other week than go with coils, but who have the time to do that? I suggest go with H&R springs.

I can input you on how to install the springs, it a bit tricky but if you know the trick it quick and easy.
Oh, you need tools, especially a compact gun and springs compressor.

Most shop will charge you $300-500 to install them.
