When this came out over a year ago, this vendor was selling at $499 and have gone on to have a number of sales (every 3 - 4 months interval), the cheapest I have seen was $249 and the usual sales price now is either $299 or $349. The unit is made in Germany and is a contractor to supply to many aftermarket tuners and even Audi, BMW, MB, Opel, etc.
