Because there is no code I don't know which cylinder is the problem. My guess is that one coil pack might be bad and is missing just a little bit.

Hi, did you ever solve this? I have the exact same thing. Sputtering under light throttle, no issues under heavy throttle or sport mode.
Bimmerlink shows me cylinder 6 goes into a misfiring frenzy when I reach cruise speed of around 105 kmph in comfort mode. Any faster or slower and it goes away. I also sometimes get misfires at low throttle after gear shifts from 2-3 and 3-4.
All injectors, coils, spark plugs are brand new. What's even more weird, is the misfiring completely goes away if I disconnect the MAF sensors. The MAF sensors are also brand new..
