Well covered a approx 55 mile trip yeterday and was in no rush so set the cruise control for 60mph and saw 62mpg on the trip meter before hitting some stop and go traffic on the M25 (becuase of road closures associated with the Olympics)after which it fell to 57mpg

Does this car run on air?
This ia car weighing nigh on 1.8 tons, with a 3 litre engine capable of getting to 52mph in 6.0 seconds. and yet if you take it easy at aroun 60mph, it hardly uses any fuel at all.

Really like this combination. Economy if you are no in a ruish but when you want some speed, just put it in sport and dab the accelorator and it pushes you back in your seat.
