I think I can concur both voice control and TPMS can be retrofitted to the car. You should have the dealer able to code the car to activate them since these features are already embedded in the electronics. Others are correct...you will need to add TPMS sensors to your car and then have the vehicle coded to activate TPMS and then the wheels will need to learn the settings but it should be doable easy enough. Dealer I think should goodwill this retrofits and should be at no cost to you since it was their error it sounds like. GL
