As a suburban homeowner, the idea of a great road car with the space to act as a utility vehicle has some appeal. The combination of sportiness and cargo space is part of what made SAAB so successful in the '80's.
I'm not sure I'd haul grass clippings to the dump in my $70,000 GT with twin turbo V8, but maybe if it was in the $50,000 area with a diesel it would have the kind of reverse snob appeal that made SAAB an icon.
