So I recently starting hearing a weird noise around the front of the car. Wasn't sure how to explain it until after recording it but it sounds like a lawnmower in the distance or cards in the spokes of a bike. Sound is not audible when inside the car, only when around the front and more so by the front grill.
Will make an appointment with the dealer but curious to see if anyone might have an idea of what it could be?

Also when looking through the engine, I see metal piece with an arrow pointing at it swiveling a bit. Not sure if that's supposed to be moving/could be the cause? You can see it moving around at the 8 second mark of the longer video.
