Same at my dealer, they tried a set of 20" wheels on their 535i demo and after the first customer tried it and complained about the awful ride quality, had a senior sales guy try the car and he found the same. So the demo car is back on 19" and they have the "beware of 20" wheels" message.
Personally I found the 19" better than the 18" on their other car. The 19" gave a firmer but better feel, without the strange feedback of the 18" wheels.
