I'm going to get rims and tires for my car and looking at the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. For the fronts I'm going to run 255/35/20s, but there is a Ferrari and a regular spec. For the rears I'd like to run 295/30/20s, but there is a BMW spec and a Mercedes spec.

What's the difference in these tires? The sizes are the same size and have the same speed ratings, but how much can the tires differ between specs?
