Considering leasing a 528i from a dealer outside NY state. They're giving me quotes with sales tax included in monthly payment. I am leasing another vehicle at present and have paid full sales tax upfront
as that's the law in NY state as told by the dealer.
But, can I roll sales tax into monthly payment if I deal with out of state dealer?
