Put on your big boy pants when it happens. Find the service manager. Show him the video. Ask for an explanation.
The entire dealership didn't do this. For all we know, 99% of the employees their might be upset that some knucklehead did. No need to persecute every employee at every dealership. I've run across many great enthusiasts that work in those bays.
