You are right to be confused due to the word "cleaner". I'm using it literally and you're using it in a product branding sense. The product I suggested is a clear plastic cleaner, and has no abrasive qualities, but is called "Plastic Detailer". The product you are thinking about is the clear plastic prep product #17 which is used to prep for the polish.
