actually mine was a cancelled order so i didn't get a choice....if i'd factory ordered i'd probably have gone with the sophisto grey xirallic but i was too impatient and the cancelled order was a good deal and pretty much my perfect spec.
as others have said, carbon black, black look great but are a bugger for cleaning and keeping swirl free'ish. not sure i'd order/buy in black again but don't regret it.
