No, the US is the best place to buy a car. A base 535i can be had for like 30-32k euros if you do European delivery. I'm getting a loaded 550i xDrive for the equivalent of about 48.5k euros.
They don't even sell the 523i here because it would lessen the brand's prestige (seen as too cheap).
