Now - that shouldn't have too much impact on a BMW buyback, but just keep in mind that you may not have the lemon law to fall back on if negotiations fall apart. And they may not know that, so keep it to yourself. They (BMW) would prefer a buyback because that doesn't show on the title and they'll have an easier time selling the car.

I can't help but wonder if your car was already a buyback once already?
