A set with only 2000 miles gives the buyer peace of mind over just any used set. I bought a set last spring with the OEM runflats that I have on my car now for $1,100 that had a tire that needed to be patched and a bent rim that had to be replaced. It wasn't worth the aggravation when my steering wheel was vibrating and I had to figure out why.

If I was going to buy a set today for year round everyday use I would pay more for a semi-new set. Just my opinion.
You also need to remember prices for this setup has dropped drastically over the last year. Simple supply and demand issue. There are a lot more of these wheels around for sale and that has driven the price down. So I would agree with you if this was one year ago, but the market says different now.
