Do not sell the car,

If you see the post, almost all of us had vibration with Continental tires. They are so badly made (quality defects) that you must have them placed on a road force balancer machine to detect if they are out of round. Force your dealer to test drive you car with another wheel/tire set from a demo car that does NOT have the continental SSR tires to eliminate the vibration. That way you can get them to agree to replace your tires with Bridgestones, Goodyears, or Michelin rft tires. They do not vibrate.
