I ended up getting the M-Sport, mainly because they offered me a sweet deal on the car. Otherwise, I was planning on going with the RD based on vinfast's info. I can definitely feel the difference between the M-sport versus standard that I test drove, it's noticably better for performance. I can't comment on the RD or other mods, but M-sport is pretty nice. Just make sure if you do the other mods, it won't void your warranty.
