What error are you getting in the idrive?
I had either no reading at all, or a spurious reading (a whole 1 bar below actual and 20degrees Celsius below actual)
I had to recode the module but mine is a retrofit using a used module
Please don't take your car to shitfit, find a good reputable local/independent tyre shop. The vast majority will have equipment to read your sensors
